Trick or Treat!

Yesterday was my first trick or treating experience. My pals Owen (the skunk) and Reed (the chicken) came over to partake in the fun!

Our Mom's took us around the neighborhood to collect the candy while our Dad's handed out candy.

Here we are chilin' with our Dads!

You can see I'm already into the goods, I just couldn't contain myself!

Here I am, just monkeying around!

We were trying to get some pictures of all us boys, but we weren't very cooperative. This Twix bar was so enticing I run over to it instead of smile for the camera.

Here I am examining my loot! Mommy and Daddy were especially excited about this!!

It was a great time - thanks Owen & Reed (and your parents) for making my Halloween extra special and fun!

Fall Family Fun

Yesterday was a great day! The weather was beautiful and I enjoyed many fun activities with Mommy and Daddy. We started out the morning with a private session at JW Tumbles (no one showed up but me!)...

I practiced my walking and dangled myself [read: held on for dear life] from this bar.

I love Elmo!

After a refreshing nap we took a brief stop over to the Clyde's Fall Festival...

Then headed to the Broadland's Halloween Parade. My buds Owen and Reed joined me.

I inspected the goodies that I collected along the way... and quickly pitched whatever I wasn't interested in overboard.

I'm looking forward to trick-or-treating this Friday!

My Five Minutes of Fame

Yesterday Big O and and I went up to the ground breaking of the Divine Mercy Care Pharmacy in Chantilly. We were supporting Dr. B, the doctor that delivered both of us last fall!! We love him dearly!

Since we are such studs, we made the 5 o'clock news on ABC. Here is the clip of us - now watch carefully or you may miss something important.

If you blinked during my debut, here is a still frame from our TV time.

I think Uncle Jon says it best.... "Wow - If everyone gets 5 minutes of fame, Ben has about 4:59.7 left"

Buddy Walk!

Yesterday morning we joined our friends for the Down Syndrome Association Buddy Walk in Fairfax, VA.

We joined over 40 other individuals in supporting our friend Mackenzie and were proud to be part of her team, Mackenzie's Marchers.

The event had many fun activities... I got to pet this miniature pony, and Miss Amanda ventured to take me down this giant slide!

The three musketeers spent a great deal of time scouring my wagon for food. I think I won the hunt in the end - the prize being Mommy's pizza crust.

When the band started playing we all got jiggy - Owen, more then anyone was showing off his skills (which you can see in this brief video below).

The walk was a great success. Thanks Mackenzie for having us part of your team, and great work to your Mommy for putting together such a wonderful event!!!

Down on the Farm

Today I joined Owen on an adventure to Frying Pan Park. We visited Ms. Piggy here...

And saw the chickens and turkeys (which was fun because Mommy always calls me her turkey, although I don't see any resemblance)....

While the view wasn't always the best....

We did get up close and personal.

Owen was brave enough to pet this goat (I didn't want to concern Daddy that I would bring fleas home so I kept my hands to myself).

Instead I tried kicking him in the head.

Can't wait for next time. Thanks Owen for the fun adventure!

(And for letting me steal your toys as usual)!

Terps Reunite!

Yesterday I met my bud Dominic for lunch in Arlington.
Strangely enough we had some odd things in common. We both like riding in our strollers with our legs extended out like so....
We had a nice game of footsie going...

And afterwards I tried steeling his toys. He was so nice, he didn't mind though.

Thanks again Dominic- great seeing you and we're looking forward to some football tailgating this fall!

Our Last Day!

Today is our last day at the beach- We are so sad to leave! Here are some other pictures from my week at Hilton Head....

Me and Caleb being buds. (I've gotta get practice in the double stroller, you know.)

Lunch and ice cream at the Salty Dog at South Beach Marina.

Thanks so much to Aunt Cyndy, Uncle J, and Granny & Papa B for a wonderful time this week. We had so much fun with everyone and are so appreciative of your hospitality!!!!

See you at home!!
