Big Boy Ben!

Here are the stats from my 9 month check up yesterday. Despite my nasty ulcer I'm a healthy, growing boy!

Weight: 20 lbs, 13 oz (50%)
Height: 30 inches (94%)
Head Circumference: 18.5 inches (90%)

And as you can see from this shot, I'm learning to pull myself up too! Oh, Mommy and Daddy are THRILLED about that one!

Welcome Home!

Ahhh, free at last!! I was discharged this afternoon from the hospital. I'm just glad that I can get back in to my old routine.

Thank you to everyone for the well wishes, visits, and care for Mommy and Daddy while I was in the hospital. The nurses took good care of me. While I'm not 100% fixed just yet, we think I will be feeling like a new man in no time! These are two of the buddies I made while being cooped all up all week.

Hello all! For those of you who did not know, I had an upper endoscopy this morning to check out the status of my reflux. It turns out I have an ulcer (even more evidence I am an OLD MAN) but it definitely explains the pain I have been suffering the past 8 months. They had to admit me to to the hospital for treatment, and we'll be there until the end of this week. Say some prayers I have a quick recovery.... Hopefully I'll be back to my crazy self in no time and will be blogging next week! :-)

The Ladies Man

So I was having a rough day and Allie wanted to cheer me up with a nice hug.

Wouldn't you know it, big sis, Katelyn, got a little jealous and wanted in on the action too!

Yeah, Owen looks happy in THIS shot. If only you saw him 10 minutes prior when I was clawing his eyes out. He's such a good sport though... I love that guy!!
